  • Can I just do 1 session a month?
    I don't offer this as a service. It feels cost effective but here lies the issue, it takes 10x as long to unlearn a habit as it does to learn a new one. You ever moved your kitchen drawers around and find yourself forever grabbing tea towels instead of spoons? If we reconvene 4 weeks later it's entirely possible you've spent 10 hours in the gym doing the wrong thing, and it took us a month to figure it out. In the end, it isn't cost effective, it doesn't serve you, and you'll need more support than I can afford to give.
  • How do plans/programs work?
    During our 1-1 sessions I will follow a monthly plan usually made up of 2 - 4 programs. Once we have spent some time together and you've decided if you're going to train in addition to our sessions I will give you plans and programs of your own. We will review these every month and they will be delivered via Excel or the ONI app.
  • How do I pay?
    All payments are made via Clubworx/Ezidebit every 1 - 2 weeks. The choice is up to you although I find every week is easier from an admin perspective in case you go away, etc.
  • Does it have to be direct debit?
    Yes. It's an automated process and you fill in your details one time only. Sending invoices and tracking bank transfers used to take hours every week and I'd rather be doing what I love, telling dumb stories and helping people deadlift.
  • How do I cancel?
    If you'd like to cancel please email hello@fitnessattiffanys.co.nz. Group requires 2 weeks notice PT is 4 weeks due to my programming schedule. 12 week learn how to lift is a fixed 12 week contract.
  • Am I tied into a contract?
    You're not tied into a 12 month contract no. But I do ask that you give me 2 weeks notice if you wish to cancel so that I can fill your spot in the classes.
